Dr.T.G.Venkatesh
Academic Background
Dr.
Venkatesh
received his B.Tech degree in Electronic & Communication
engineering from Annamalai University in 1986 and his M.E.
degree in Applied Electronics from Bharathiar University
in 1988. From 1988 to 1993 he was working as a scientific
officer at Indian Institute of Science, Banglore. He Obtained
his Ph.D degree from IISc Bangalore in 1994 for his on nonlinear
nonMarkovian dynamical systems.

He
then worked for a short duration first at CDOT, Delhi and then
at ISRO, Banglore. In 1994 he joined as a faculty at the Indian
Institute of Technology, Delhi. From 1999 January onwards he is
with the Electrical Engineering department of IIT Madras.
Dr. Venkatesh has co-investigated three research projects, one
consultancy project, co-ordinated several short term intensive
course, and co-guided a Ph.D scholar. He has worked in the areas
of parallel processing and neural networks.
